देश कुछ घंटे बाद 73rd Republic Day मनाएगा. लेकिन इससे पहले देश के राष्ट्रपति Ram Nath Kovind ने देशवासियों को संबोधित किया. राष्ट्र के नाम संबोधन में रामनाथ कोविंद ने देशवासियों को गणतंत्र दिवस की बधाई दी. राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि गणतंत्र दिवस का ये अवसर उन वीर महानायकों को याद करने का भी है, जिन्होंने देश के लिए अपना सर्वस्व बलिदान कर दिया. दो दिन पहले Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose की डिजिटल प्रतिमा का अनावरण भी किया गया. संबोधन में राष्ट्रपति ने कोरोना महामारी का भी जिक्र किया.
