Ahead of the assembly elections in Punjab, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action. The ED has conducted raids in the case of illegal mining in the state. In this, investigation is going on at the locations of 10 people, including the nephew of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi. This action taken before the assembly elections has increased the problems of the ruling Congress. Channi said, "Attempts are being made to target me by raiding (at the relative's house).
