'The thing about trying out crazy stuff is that whenever things go south, you're quick to find out (the hard way) why the said stuff was deemed crazy in the first place.

This footage, filmed at Gap Lake, Canmore, Alberta, shows Michaela Carter taking a dip in the ice-cold mountain water and immediately regretting her guts.

"Just a Nova Scotian looking for some water in Alberta," Michaela said while discussing what was on her mind when she decided to go into the water.
