This is the terrifying moment a tornado struck a bank and blew off their front door and windows.

Security cameras capture the glass door and window panels falling inwards and shattering with a huge gust of wind on December 10.

Christmas trees and posters shake as the tornado approaches the FNB branch in Mayfield, Kentucky, USA at about 9:28pm.

The lights are cut off before the tornado tears through the lobby, sending the tree flying and blasting down the entrance.

At least 93 people have been confirmed dead in five states on the night the twister hit, including 78 in Kentucky.

FNB posted on Facebook: “Although many lives were spared, we grieve with those who lost loved ones,

“Buildings and possessions can be replaced, and now we will focus on rebuilding.”

FNB has nine offices in Kentucky, which remain operational.

The video was taken on December 10 2021.
