Controversial £100m Calverley Grounds project scrapped by the Council

The £100m plan to transform Calverley Grounds in Tunbridge Wells has been scrapped. After years of dispute and fierce campaigning from opposition groups, the Council rejected the proposals during a dramatic meeting last night. We were joined by councillor David Scott, who headed up the Calverley Square project.
