The Uttar Pradesh government has deployed heavy security in Mathura and Ayodhya in view of the Babri mosque demolition anniversary.In order to maintain the law and order situation across the state, the Uttar Pradesh Police had banned large gatherings in Mathura ahead of December 6, the date on which the Babri mosque was demolished in Ayodhya in 1992.
