The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has moved the Supreme Court against the bail granted to Sudha Bhardwaj, a well-known social worker and lawyer of Chhattisgarh, from the Bombay High Court. The NIA has challenged Sudha's bail in the Supreme Court. Let us inform that the accused lawyer Sudha Bhardwaj in the Bhima Koregaon violence case was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Wednesday. After which the NIA has now filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Sudha's bail.



छत्तीसगढ़ (Chhattisgarh) की जानी-मानी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और वकील सुधा भारद्वाज (Sudha Bhardwaj) को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट (Bombay High Court) से मिली जमानत के खिलाफ नेशनल इनवेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी यानी NIA ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) का रुख किया है. NIA ने सुधा की जमानत को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. बता दें कि भीमा कोरेगांव हिंसा मामले में आरोपी वकील सुधा भारद्वाज को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को ज़मानत दे दी थी. जिसके बाद सुधा की जमानत के खिलाफ अब NIA ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है.
