After empty liquor bottles were found in the premises of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi slammed Nitish Kumar-led state government and said, “The government has become ineffective and crippled, so it is not able to stop the sale of liquor. Get the checking done in the houses of the officers, get the liquor from everywhere.”
