The second phase of Bihar assembly elections has started and today elections are being held for 94 seats in 17 districts. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi spoke to journalists after casting their votes in the Patna assembly constituency. Tejashwi said that today the people of Bihar want to choose a government with education, medicine, earning, irrigation, inflation, hearing, and action.
