SAN ANTONIO, TX -- Grant Williams spoke with media following Boston's failed heroics against the Spurs. Williams believes that the team has the talent, but the lack of consistency is what's dragging them down. "We're a team. We have to figure it out as a team. We've shown we can do it, but we need to do it consistently. It has to be now. Not four years from now. Not next year. Now."
Grant continued to say that it's on the team as a whole to be better. "It's not one person. It's a collective...We're a team. We've been a team. More so what I'm saying is we have to hold each other to that standard."
