Most of us know about the Indian Constitution but would not be aware of its interesting facts. Notably, the Indian Constitution is the founding document and supreme law of our republic. It is the handwritten and largest constitution in the world that came into effect in 1950, it was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949. In 2015, the Centre has decided to celebrate the 'Constitution Day’ or 'Samvidhan Divas' on November 26, to commemorate the adoption of our holy book. Watch this video.
