Supreme Court का बड़ा फैसला, कहा- हर कीमत पर देना होगा दुर्घटना बीमा | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court has given an important decision regarding accident insurance. The Supreme Court said that even if there is no income at the time of one's death, their legal heirs will also be entitled to future prospects by adding to the increase in income. The Supreme Court has made it clear in its judgment that insurance companies cannot calculate the income of the deceased at the time of the accident. Rather, it should be assessed on the basis of circumstances.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने दुर्घटना बीमा (Insurance companies ) को लेकर एक अहम फैसला सुनाया है. सर्वोच्च अदालत ने कहा कि अगर किसी की मृत्यु के समय कोई आय नहीं होती है तब भी उनके कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी भी भविष्य में आय में वृद्धि को जोड़कर भविष्य की संभावनाओं के हकदार होंगे. सु्प्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में साफ कर दिया है कि बीमा कंपनियां दुर्घटना के समय मृतक की आय का आंकलन नहीं कर सकती है. बल्कि परिस्थितियों के आधार पर आंकलन किया जाना चाहिए.
