Political furore continues in Madhya Pradesh regarding the by-election. Meanwhile, the by-election case has reached the Supreme Court. The Election Commission has filed a petition against that decision by the Madhya Pradesh High Court. In which the High Court has ordered to physically ban election rallies. The Election Commission has said in its petition that it is its right to hold elections and this decision of the High Court can affect the voting process.

मध्य प्रदेश में उपचुनाव को लेकर सियासी घमासान जारी है. इस बीच उप चुनाव का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है. चुनाव आयोग ने मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट उस फैसले के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की है. जिसमें हाईकोर्ट ने शारीरिक रूप से चुनाव रैलियों को प्रतिबंधित करने का आदेश दिया है. चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी याचिका में कहा है कि चुनाव कराना उसका अधिकार है और हाई कोर्ट का ये फैसला मतदान की प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित कर सकता है.
