Parking permits altered to help those in need of support

Medway Council have introduced new parking permits after residents expressed their anger over changes to the existing scheme.
The changed permits mean that visitors to Medway would pay up to £700 a year extra.
Opposition parties have argued the introduction of Supporter permits does little to help those worst hit by the changes.
