Kent's campaign against child cruelty reaches 10,000 signatures

A Kent campaign calling for tougher sentences on child cruelty cases has reached more than 10,000 signatures.

Paula Hudgell has adopted son Tony, who was less than two months old when his birth parents inflicted life-changing injuries on him.

Now she is calling for harsher sentences as are the thousands of signatures on the historic petition.
