'What appears to be a city on a river actually represents the distressing state of Langley, BC following record-breaking rainfall and flooding.
Footage taken by Anthony Gwillim while driving down a street in Langley shows houses and trees partially consumed by floodwaters.
"BC storm is getting out of control as people's homes are taking substantial damage," Anthony commented. "This video was shot when I was driving past the 24th Ave East of 200th St."
The alarming scene on display was caught on camera on November 15, 2021.
