Congress minister Vijay Wadettiwar on Wednesday, November 17, called actor Kangana Ranaut a "naachne wali" who is not even worthy of mentioning the name of Mahatma Gandhi. This isn't the first time that Kangana has been at the receiving end of abusive remark over some controversial statement of hers.
