Heavy rain continues to wreak havoc in the country's southern state of Tamil Nadu. Due to the torrential rains, life has become badly disturbed. Instead of improving the condition of the state is getting worse. Power has gone out in many places. Water has accumulated in the streets and alleys. A flood-like situation has arisen in many areas. Red alert has been declared in 20 districts of the state including the capital Chennai.

देश के दक्षिणी राज्य तमिलनाडु (Tamil Nadu Heavy Rain) में भारी बारिश का कहर जारी है. मूसलाधार बारिश के चलते जन जीवन बुरी तरह से अस्तव्यस्त हो गया है. कई जगहों पर बिजली गुल हो गई है। सड़कों और गलियों में पानी जमा है। कई इलाको में बाढ़ जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई. राजधानी चैन्नई समेत राज्य के 20 जिलों में रेड अलर्ट घोषित है.
