Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday hit out at state BJP chief Bandi Sanjay for "bluffing" the farmers of the state by saying that they would procure the paddy crop. KCR said that the Centre had cleared that they are not going to buy paddy and the agricultural minister asked farmers to opt for other crops.
