मलेरिया (Malaria) के बारे में अब तक ये कहा जाता रहा है कि इसमें खून और लिवर संक्रमित होता है. लेकिन एक नए रिसर्च में मलेरिया रोगियों (Malaria Patients) में मुख्य रूप से फेफड़े, आंतों के म्यूकस झिल्ली में संक्रमण के प्रतिकार में बनी एंटीबाडी (Antibodies) का पता चला है. यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ मैरीलैंड के शोधकर्ताओं के मुताबिक, इससे इस बात की जानकारी मिलेगी कि इंसानी शरीर मलेरिया संक्रमण के खिलाफ किस प्रकार से प्रतिरोध करता है.

Different types of Antibodies available in Malaria Patients, will help in making Vaccine. So far it has been said about malaria that blood and liver are infected in it. But in a new research, antibodies made in malaria patients mainly in the lungs, intestinal mucosa, in response to infection, have been found. According to researchers from the University of Maryland, this will provide information about how the human body resists against malaria infection.
