Lieutenant Rishi Kumar lost to death in an Improvised Explosive Devise (IED) blast near a forward post along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Saturday. The last rites of martyr Lt Rishi Kumar are being performed today in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir. In his last rites today, there was tremendous anger among the people, there was resentment against Pakistan. Also an insistence on avenging the landmine plot. Today people have bid farewell to Lieutenant Rishi Kumar. In the same month, he was about to come home to attend his younger sister's wedding, but he lost his life in the blast.
