Victoria is enjoying new-found freedoms as the lockdown lifts across the state. More than 90% of Victorians over 16 and over, now have had a first dose. Just over 73 percent are fully vaccinated and that's expected to hit the vital 80 percent mark by next weekend. As Melbournians wait for additional freedoms, some couldn't wait to enjoy the freedoms they once took for granted.
