After months of uncertainty and inertia, there's finally a little light on the horizon for Victorians, with some long-ago abandoned freedoms now within reach. A fully-vaccinated crowd of ten thousand people will be able to attend the Melbourne cup and other events later in the Spring carnival. Live music is finally back later this month as thousands of vaccinated music fans will be able to attend a concert at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl as well as smaller gigs around the state.
