'Intriguing footage emanating from Mexico shows Juan Carlos spotting a dust devil while driving.
The filmer continues driving and gets close to the mini-tornado, right before it dissipates.
"So, I was stuck in a mini-tornado while driving down a road in Tequisquiapan, Querétaro," Juan told us. "I decided to record my experience and share it on social media and the rest of the story is in the video."
