Almost a hundred extra hospital beds will be added to the state's health system before the expected surge of COVID-19 cases. The government says it remains committed to opening the state's borders when vaccination rates reach 80 per cent but unions and the Opposition say hospitals are woefully unprepared. SA Health has warned groups the state could have as many as four-thousand active cases.
