The filmer, Palvi said: "This video was taken at my house. It features my pet parrot named Tweet who loves taking baths and talking to his toy friends. Here, he is giving kisses to his duckie friend and saying stuff like, 'tickle tickle tickle' and 'it's ok!'"
Palvi added: "He [Tweet] was 1-and-a-half years old when we recorded this clip. He is always learning new words."
