Ingredients For Marination:
1. Chicken – 1KG.
2. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
3. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
4. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1. Cashew Paste – 10 Nos.
2. Cinnamon – 1 inch
3. Cloves – 5 Nos.
4. Cardamom – 3 Nos.
5. Oil – 5 tbsp
6. Garlic, Ginger & Green Chilli Paste – 5 tbsp
7. Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
8. Black Paper Powder – 1 tsp
9. Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
10. Onion – 2 sliced
11. Tomato Puree – 1 cup
12. Kari Leaves – 10 Nos.
13. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
14. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
15. Salt As Per Taste
सामग्री मेरिनेट करने के लिए :
1. चिकन – 1 kg
2. नींबू का रस – 1 tbsp
3. लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 tbsp
4. हल्दी पाउडर – ½ tbsp
अन्य सामग्री :
1. काजू पेस्ट – 10 nos
2. दाल चीनी – 1 इंच टुकड़ा
3. लौंग – 5 nos.
4. इलाईची – 3 nos
5. तेल – 5 tbsp
6. अदरक, लहसुन और हरी मिर्च पेस्ट – 5 tbsp
7. धनिया पाउडर – 2 tbsp
8. काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1 tsp
9. जीरा पाउडर – 1 tsp
10. प्याज – 2 मिडीयम आकार (कटे हुए )

12. कड़ी पत्ता – 10 nos
13. हल्दी – 1 tsp
