CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka was slams telangana govt. government is not giving proper time to discuss in the assembly. Bhatti said they felt many issues would come up for discussion in the assembly. Bhatti Vikramarka said he had told the BAC meeting to discuss 12 issues.
