'1.5 Weeks Old baby with down syndrome interacts with family members via video'

'Uplifting footage has surfaced from Jupiter, Florida, which shows an adorable baby with down syndrome waving at his fans.
Stellan Thomas, the biracial baby boy shown here, was about 1.5 weeks old when this video was taken back in December 2020.
"Stellan had a premature birth and was born 4 weeks earlier than expected," the filmer, Kasey Thomas told us. "He had a surprise birth diagnosis of Down Syndrome, also known as Trisomy21. He was in the NICU for 4 weeks. In this video, he is seen alert and interacting with his mom and other family members via video since mom was the only visitor allowed in the NICU."
Kasey also revealed that this was the first time baby Stellan wore anything other than the NICU onesie.
