PM Modi, Joe Biden discuss Afghanistan situation during bilateral talks

As Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden met for their maiden bilateral meeting on Friday, trade and talks on the India-US relationship dominated the agenda list.

The duo also talked about the current Afghan situation and the newly formed Taliban government.

The leaders also discussed a wide range of issues, from trade to climate change to stronger Indo-US relations, and vowed to further strengthen ties.
