In a blistering attack on the BJP and its ideological parent RSS, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused them of being a party of "fake Hindus" who use religion for their benefit and indulge in its ''dalali (brokerage)''. The BJP lost no time in striking back. "Why do Rahul Gandhi and the Congress bear such animosity towards Hindu religion? This is the party that doesn't believe in Lord Ram and uses disgusting words like Hindu terrorism," said BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra.
