A mystery fever is spreading in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh. The residents are reporting high fever and even a drop in platelet count but they do not know what the cause for the infection is.

The health infrastructure in the villages is inadequate and doctors are hard to come by. Nobody from the administration has reached the area to help out.
