Allahabad High Court ने पूछा- क्या एक पंथनिरपेक्ष राज्य Madarasa को फंड दे सकता है | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Allahabad High Court has asked the Uttar Pradesh government a big question regarding the funds given to the madrassas. The High Court asked the state government whether a secular state could fund educational institutions imparting religious education. The court has also asked whether madrassas giving religious education are protecting the faith of all religions under the fundamental rights obtained from Articles 25 to 30.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट (Allahabad High court) ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार (Uttar Pradesh government) से मदरसों (UP Madarasa) को दिए जाने वाले फंड का लेकर बड़ा सवाल पूछा है. हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से पूछा कि क्या पंथनिरपेक्ष राज्य धार्मिक शिक्षा देने वाले शिक्षण संस्थानों को फंड दे सकता है. कोर्ट ने ये भी पूछा है कि क्या धार्मिक शिक्षा देने वाले मदरसे अनुच्छेद 25 से 30 तक प्राप्त मौलिक अधिकारों के तहत सभी धर्मो के विश्वास को सरंक्षण दे रहें हैं या नहीं.
