Vikas Dubey encounter case: Probe panel gives clean chit to UP Police

A three-member panel, appointed on the direction of the Supreme Court, to probe the Vikas Dubey encounter case tabled its report on Thursday. In its report, the probe panel has given clean chit to Uttar Pradesh Police in the encounter killing case of gangster Vikas Dubey and his aides.
