Watch: Flood fury in Varanasi as Ganga overflows

Roads turned into streams as the Ganga river overflowed its banks in PM Modi's constituency of Varanasi, for the first time in eight years. Low-lying areas were submerged, with as many as 141 villages and 11 blocks badly affected by the floodwaters. Villagers have lost their homes and have been forced to migrate. They also alleged that the administration has extended no aid and relief. Watch the video for the ground report.
