The Supreme Court on Monday issued a notice to the Central Government on a petition to compel people to apply the vaccine and make the trial data public. However, the Supreme Court refused to impose an interim stay on forcing the vaccine to be administered. The top court said that in the matter of forcing the vaccine, it cannot issue orders at present. The court will have to hear the other side.

लोगों को वैक्सीन लगाने (Vaccination) के लिए विवश करने और ट्रायल डेटा सार्वजनिक करने की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने केंद्र सरकार को सोमवार को नोटिस जारी किया. हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वैक्सीन लगाने के लिए विवश करने पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने से इनकार किया. शीर्ष न्यायालय ने कहा कि वैक्सीन के लिए विवश करने के मामले में फिलहाल आदेश जारी नहीं कर सकते. अदालत को दूसरे पक्ष की बात सुननी होगी.
