The rising corona infection in India has broken all the records around the world till now. Looking at this record, the Supreme Court of the country has shown strictness. Taking suo motu cognizance on Thursday, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to the Central Government. The court has asked the Center what national plan they have to deal with Kovid-19. The CJI said that 'we want a national plan to deal with the disaster. The court has also appointed Harish Salve as amicus curiae.

भारत में बढ़ते कोरोना संक्रमण ने दुनियाभर में अबतक के सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं. इस रिकॉर्ड को देखते हुए देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्ती दिखाई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए केंद्र सरकार को नोटिस भेजा है. कोर्ट ने केंद्र से पूछा है कि उनके पास कोविड-19 से निपटने के लिए क्या नेशनल प्लान है. CJI ने कहा कि 'हम आपदा से निपटने के लिए नेशनल प्लान चाहते हैं. कोर्ट ने हरीश साल्वे को एमिकस क्यूरी भी नियुक्त किया है.
