An amount of 50 thousand rupees will be given as compensation to the families of those who lost their lives due to corona virus. The Modi government gave this information by filing an affidavit in the Supreme Court. The Modi government said that this ex-gratia amount will continue in the future phases of the COVID-19 pandemic or till further notification.
