A petition was filed in the Bombay High Court on behalf of Raj Kundra, the businessman and husband of Shilpa Shetty, who was arrested in a case related to pornographic content has been dismissed. Raj Kundra is yet to get relief from the Bombay High Court. A hearing was held on this issue on Monday, in which it was appealed on behalf of Raj Kundra that his custody has been wrongly done, rules have been violated in it. Raj Kundra is accused of not being summoned before his arrest. Watch this video.
