Supreme Court to hear plea on Delhi violence seeking FIR against BJP leaders

The Supreme Court has taken up a petition filed by victims of the Delhi violence and will be hearing the matter on Wednesday. The petitioners, who are victims of the violence that has claimed 46 lives so far, have sought FIR against BJP leaders Kapil Mishra and others who gave hate speeches in Delhi.
