In the Tokyo Olympics today, Indian women's boxer Lovlina Borgohain lost to Turkey in the semi-final match and bagged a bronze medal. In a special conversation with Aaj Tak correspondent, Lovlina told it did not happen as much as I thought, but yes I am happy that I have secured a bronze medal. I will try my best to give more medals to India. Further, Lovlina said that ever since I came to know about the Olympics, I had decided to win only a gold medal. My only attempt till the end was to beat the turkey player and win the gold. Lovlina told about her journey which was very difficult, said that people used to say in the village that if she is a girl, then her parents must have done some mistake and even when it came to boxing, people used to talk a lot. Even after that, I did a lot of sacrifices in my life. Watch this video.
