West Bengal govt forms commission to investigate Pegasus spyware issue

Amid the ongoing conflict related to the Pegasus snooping scandal, the West Bengal government has set up a two-member inquiry commission to probe the Pegasus spyware row. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that the inquiry commission will comprise retired Supreme Court judge MB Lokur and former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court Jyotirmoy Bhattacharya.
