Mann ki Baat: PM Modi talks about Tokyo Olympics, pays tribute to Kargil heroes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the nation in his ‘Mann ki Baat’. He urged the people to cheer Indian athletes in Olympics with the Victory Punch campaign launched on social media. PM Modi also paid tribute to the Kargil heroes and said, "Tomorrow, July 26, our nation will mark Kargil Vijay Diwas. Let us pay tributes to those who made our nation proud in 1999. This year, Kargil Diwas will be celebrated amid Amrit Mahotsav. I urge people to read about the Kargil war and remember our warriors."

Apart from this, PM Modi also talked about encouraging local entrepreneurs, artists, craftsmen, weavers in the country. He also lauded the sustainable agriculture movement in Northeast India. Watch the video for more.
