Ferdinand Lavin, deputy director for Forensic Investigation Service and spokesman of the National Bureau of Investigation, talks to five suspects in an investment scam following their arrest on July 23, 2021. The five were identified as Bernie Lympiada, Marvin Ojeda, Glory Ann Pillora, Sison Inocencio and Rogelio Fambuena. Ann NBI informant said the scam was perpetrated by the Agri Wealth Farm Ventures Inc. The group allegedly entices the public to invest with a promise of 160-percent return of investment in 100 days. The SEC said the company was not a registered corp.
