Modi and Shah have committed treason. Used Pegasus, a weapon against Indian State.

"Pegasus has been classified as a weapon by the Israeli government. It's used against terrorists. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah have used it against Indian State and its institutions", said Rahul Gandhi in a press conference today. He also reminded the journalists gathered there that Pegasus software has been sold only to governments.
So if the Indian Government hasn't used it against its people then some other government has. Why isn't the government saying that they will investigate the matter.
