Modi cabinet meeting was held on Thursday. Many decisions were approved in the meeting. In these decisions, the proposal to set up a central university in Ladakh has also been approved. A university will be set up in the Union Territory with an investment of Rs 750 crore. The scope of the university will be the entire Ladakh region including Leh and Kargil.

गुरुवार को Modi cabinet की बैठक हुई. बैठक में कई फैसलों पर मुहर लगी. इन्हीं फैसलों में Ladakh में central university बनाने के प्रस्‍ताव को भी मंजूरी दी गई है. 750 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश से केंद्रशासित प्रदेश में विश्‍वविद्यालय बनेगा. यूनिवर्सिटी का दायरा Leh और Kargil समेत पूरा Ladakh क्षेत्र होगा.
