As the impasse between Kitex Group and the Kerala government continues, the Telangana government appears to be accelerating its efforts to secure the proposed Rs 3,500 crore project.
The Kitex Group on Friday announced to set up a Rs 1,000 crore apparel manufacturing facility at Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal, Telangana.
The Kerala government and the Kitex Group have been on a collision course over the last few weeks. The garment manufacturer also claimed that the state government was harassing them with various department inspections.
