There has been excessive rain at the beginning of the monsoon in Bihar. The rivers are in spate due to the incessant rain. After heavy rains in the border areas of north Bihar and Nepal, the water in the rivers has increased rapidly. Especially in many villages of North Bihar, the threat of flood is looming.
