Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers staged a protest outside Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh's residence in Mohali on Saturday over the state's power outages.
Security was beefed up outside CM Amarinder Singh's Siswan Farmhouse ahead of the AAP workers' planned protest. As the protest grew in intensity, police used water cannons to disperse the demonstrators.
