National cabinet to slash international arrival numbers

Australians stranded abroad say they're devastated by the National Cabinet's decision to slash the caps on international arrivals. The move will cut in half the number of arrivals, to reduce pressure on quarantine systems, dealing with the highly infectious Delta variant.
